"Amazing atmosphere in this country setting. Staff were wonderful, food and drink was great. The spa baths, temezcal, and massages are excellent. Horseback riding was a fantastic experience.
The road to get there is difficult, so do not take a regular car taxi to get there, it will not make it and there is no cellular service in the area to call for help whrn you get stuck. Use a truck taxi or SUV. The hotel has wifi."

We enjoyed our one night stay and would love to come back! It is walking distance tona huge market, stores, vendors and restaurants. The coffee was wonderful, as was the breakfast. The staff was extremely courtious as well. One unique feature is that it is the only hotel in the world made entirely out of pumice (volcanic rock)"
