Although we only stayed for one night, we had everything we needed right there. Starting with full fridge/freezer, microwave, full sets of dishes, pots/pans, utensils. It had it all! Yes you can walk down to boat ramp. The pictures online do NOT reflect the current situation of what the place looks like. The room was completed and was very nice but I feel duped by the owners and asked for a partial refund as not all amenities were available but did not get a response. Shame, shame for false advertising."
