"The Four Points hotel was perfect! The staff were so kind and helpful. The location is good if you want to travel to Downtown Osaka, Kyoto and Uji. You also have the convenience of a 7-11 and Family Mart about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. And the train station is about a 5 minute walk. They also provide pajamas and lots of other toiletries that you may need, it was very convenient! Remember not to overpack! "

"We loved our stay at Osaka Garden Palace! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shin-Osaka station is walkable, however, after a long day it can be tiresome to walk; but no fear, they offer a free shuttle from the station to the hotel. It runs about every 15 mins to and from the station which is super convenient to guests! We loved the shuttle service - having small kids, it was very helpful. Will definitely stay again in future visits! : ) "

"We’ve stayed here each time we’ve traveled to Osaka during our Japan trips. It’s conveniently located from the Shin-Osaka station (just a tiny bit of an extra walk from another APA about a street away). The staff is also always extremely helpful, polite, and goes out of their way to assist you wherever they can (holding your bags, giving directions, etc.). We’ll actually be staying here again on this trip when we return to Osaka in a couple of weeks."
