"We shared a very economical 2 bedroom suite, with kitchen and living room, and bathroom and balcony. Beds were reasonably comfortable. We were on the quiet side of the building away from traffic. "Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!"

We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. There is often cigarette smoke smell in the apartment which we have to open the window at all times. "
