"Die Unterkunft insgesamt empfehlenswert Aber für mich hat der Checkin Prozess nicht funktioniert und ich konnte über den offiziellen Weg 45min niemanden erreichen und stand draußen in der Kälte. Der Mitarbeiter hat sich anschließend zwar entschuldigt aber eine Entschädigung wäre aus meiner Sicht angemessen gewesen."

"Hotel Gruener Sand was a very nice place, very clean room, courteous staff, helpful for someone like me that speaks very little German. Dinners were delicious in the little pub, and breakfast was also delicious. Very personalized care, and the only thing that I would recommend for the room(s)m, would be a little apartment size refrigerator. We had some juice drinks that needed refrigeration. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality"
