"Originally I booked a room with 2 separate beds but they "upgraded" to a room with a private bathroom but only one bed. So they gave a free dorm room to my friend, which was helpful. Then I booked to go in a dorm, but I couldn't climb the ladder, so they gave me a private room instead for a few nights which was great! The cat Horchata is super cute, also the staff are really amazing & do anything for the guests, especially Alan :))))"
