A great hotel that is decorated beautifully. The value for what you get can't be beat. You have to walk a bit to get to the closest train and bus station, but it made the location more quiet which was appreciated.

It was incredibly nice inside and most of the workers also could speak English!!

Had a great stay in a quad room! The hotel had great amenities and our room even included a balcony overlooking the city. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We were able to send our luggage ahead through a separate delivery service and the staff had them already in our room upon arrival. Free umbrellas were available to use throughout our entire stay which helped us escape the rain while exploring the city which we encountered a few of the nights during our stay. This property is...

Great location. The room was very adequate for us.

Room was not easy to find but was spacious, it was more like an apartment Airbnb, had all the amenities needed for a one night stay. Microwave was complicated to use but rest of amenities were good. Near Namba station which is a plus.

Pretty good size room for 3 people. Probably too cramped for 4 people though. Pretty good size bathroom. Very convenient location.

Very convenient property. I liked a lot. I was expecting closer to Namba station, but it was fine.

For the budget-minded traveller this is a 5-star option. Cheaper than some hostels but we had our own tiny room with TV and a/c. Only complaints are the women’s bath is in the next-door building which is a smoking allowed facility and my wife didn’t like the smell. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Free tea/coffee machine! Close to many train lines. Pleasant lobby.
