"The entire staff went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I had an enjoyable time. They remembered my name, helped me with airport transfers, and helped with tickets to a show. Breakfast was great. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I were to return."
"This old hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect. Clean room, good a/c, elevator and very helpful staff in a convenient area for exploring Hanoi. Many excellent restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay again."
"Fantastic hotel and the address to stay in Hanoi! Excellent location, very attentive staff. There was some construction on the road when we stayed so do ask for a quiet room."
"Great little hotel in an excellent location. Basic breakfast but nice and enough options for our group. Staff were helpful. Stairs to get to each floor even when using the elevator but the staff were very helpful with bags so we didn't need to get them up the stairs ourselves."
"The hotel was clean and comfortable. As an Expedia Gold member perk, I was to receive three free drinks (for the 3 adults in my group). Staff told me it was only supposed to be ONE drink for our group but then I shared a screen shot from Expedia showing the perk and they conceded. When we went to get the drinks, we were told only sodas qualified, not even plain juices (we don’t drink alcohol).
This was one of the pricier hotels we have stayed at in Hanoi so I expected better.
The whole drink experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not plan to come back to this hotel."
