"The Mandarin Oriental is well appointed in every aspect. Location to amenities, professional and friendly staff; personalised attention from arrival at the airport; check in at hotel to the time of departure - personal attention was not just for me but also to my family and friends. "

"This is a fantastic option, near the Jakarta airport. The hotel smells amazing as soon as you enter the lobby. The rooms are spacious and clean. What really stood out was the pool and gym facility. The hot pool was actually hot. The cold pool was actually ice cold. Both steam and sauna rooms were large and hot. "
