"Excellent hotel staff was wonderful except there was one morning female staff was not pleasant or helpful at all. Shae the maintenance gentleman was very good had an issue with a clock radio and he was very helpful and friendly"

"The in room small fridge was noisy and the unit became uncomfortable hot to the touch after a few hours to the point we felt safer to unplug and do without any chilled water. A compact fridge is a must have when i travel but the one in my room 213 was a poor and cheap version for a otherwise well established hotel accommodation

"The hotel was lovely, my room was spacious and very clean! The breakfast was really good! I came as a solo traveler and the hotel was close to so many things and it was just convenient! The staff were so lovely! David checked me and he was lovely! I’ll definitely will be staying here again when I come back to New Orleans. "
