"The building itself needs a lot of work but the staff is by far one of the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I have stayed here several times and it is because of the customer service I receive that I continue to book here."

Hot tub didnt work our entire trip.
Waterpressure was great in the shower however be prepared cause your getting wet to turn the shower water on."
"Staff was friendly and check in was easy but this is an older hotel and it shows. There was hair in the bathtub. For some reason our tub was sunken into the floor. Air con was noisy and you could hear all the noises from outside. Good for a place to sleep if you don’t care too mich about the other things. Breakfast looked like it was bagels and english muffins. There was coffe and tea."
"This hotel was absolutely wonderful very clean rooms very clean hotel valet service was easy to get in and out of despite being shortstaffed! Front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly for this place being downtown Sacramento. I highly highly recommend staying here! The only thing that I will say is that the pillows were a little on the extra firm side but all in all absolute great experience!"
"Our room was very clean always have alot of parking, the continental breakfast would be nice if they had eggs and sausage to go with them waffles. The employees are helpful in the dining room"
