"I stayed at Dreams with my sister for her birthday trip, and from start to finish the hospitality at this place was top tier. From the bell staff Jordon to the front desk, every single person made us feel so welcomed. A special shoutout to Mauricio & Lady, who truly went above and beyond every single time. Mauricio especially was so attentive, caring, professional, and genuinely passionate about guest experience I’m sure he’ll be a Manager or General Manager one day with the way he leads and takes care of people. The bar and restaurant team were also absolutely amazing Julio, Maria, Andrea, victor ,Laura… honestly I wish I could write everyone’s name because each and every person made such a huge impression on us. Their kindness, energy, and service made my sister’s birthday trip even more special. Thank you all for creating such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Stayed for 3 days with my family, we enjoyed the facility and the staff was friendly. The only thing is the pool on the main level closes at 6 or 7pm. The rooftop pool closes at 12am but it was not kid friendly in my opinion. More a younger adult only crowd and it’s a small space. Overall had a good experience and would recommend this hotel."

"Free breakfast with a variety of pastries, fruit and change in daily breakfast offerings of eggs, pancakes and breakfast meats. The hotel was clean and the hotel staff was friendly. While the pool was small, it was kept clean and you were able to order drinks and food. The rooftop was a great place to see the sunset. The location of the hotel was great, a quick watch to the beach or around the neighborhood to several restaurants. Catching an uber was very easy. The hotel was also a short distance to most activities. "

"Amazing place for solo travellers/backpackers! Very cozy hostel with amazing staff! Very friendly, kind and polite staff! I felt at home with them around. Very close to the airport! 3mins walk from airport to hostel. There is NO shuttle bus as the hostel is very close to the airport, what they offer is a guide/helper to get you from the airport to the hostel. Can be misleading. A/C in bedroom which is SO needed in Cartagena! There is not mini fridge if you ever wanna keep your drinks cold. Good luck with that! Breakfast is 10/10! Amazing service! They serve you at the table! It's not like the American/Canadian breakfast services where you serve yourself like a buffet. Pretty much like a restaurant, they offer you a menu and you choose. Juice/coffee/hot chocolate included, there's an entrée then your main course! Really great! Worth it for the price! Would definitely book again if I ever go back. Almost 50 mins walk to the center! Next to beaches! Really satisfied! Only downside, is that you need someone to open the door from a distance, every time you wanna leave/come back to the hostel. Which can be inconvenient for some. Overall, easily a 8/10 for the price! Don't expect luxury or modernity! It's a hostel! "
