"Grate place to stay had a good time. But downfalls were the staff at the bar both at the poo and outside the pool were pretty bad. They seemed like they were all having the worst day and like it was a big inconvenience to take your order. There was no conversation so nothing just plain rude pretty much mannerism every day at the bars. Staff at front desk were always lovely though. And as far as wet weather activities at the resort there was none so that was a bit of a joke not even having a games room."
"Coconuts always looks after you, may a few more dollars to stay here, but cleanness the staff and if you have children the pool area etc is unbelievable it will keep yourr kids busy and quiet for hours"
"We chose to eat outside of the Flynn, but with our credits for skipping room clean, we got 2 free drinks at the bar and then ordered a tasty pizza. The live music was excellent on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. "

For the price i would have expected better standard.
Facilities such as pool does not cater for disabilities
.a.ramp to reach the pool would help. Also i would have expected my sheets and pillow to have been changed at least once during the eight days we were there. Hotel needs to upgrade its rooms to include bedside.sockets and room lights that work."

I was caught off guard with having to pay $30 a day for parking, so moved car around free parking on the Esplanade."
"Clean and great location separated by a small road from the esplanade. Staff was nice. Everything was satisfactory. The rooms are dated and worn out. "
