"Experiencia decepcionante. El servicio al huésped claramente no es prioridad.
Desde el check-in la orientación es pobre: no explican que el elevador funciona con la llave, que solo incluyen 2 botellas de agua (luego se pagan), ni que el “cóctel de bienvenida” es uno específico. Falta total de comunicación.
En el desayuno (sábado 7:30am), con pocas mesas ocupadas, el servicio fue deficiente. Un mesero (de espejuelos y barba) estaba distraído hablando en la barra, tardaba en atender y el área de sopas ni cucharas tenía.
Esa misma noche, la llave se desprogramó en el elevador. La reacción del personal no fue de orientación, sino con actitud poco empática. Luego se confirmó que sí estaba desactivada.
El peor momento fue el check-out: dos empleadas bajaban en el elevador y no nos permitieron entrar aun con maletas, priorizando su trabajo sobre el huésped. Inaceptable.
Además, el hotel no es tranquilo; las habitaciones solo están separadas por un cristal hacia el exterior, lo que genera incomodidad y sensación de inseguridad.
También es contradictorio ofrecer café/té sin incluir agua adicional.
No recomiendo este hotel. Mucho por mejorar en servicio, comunicación y experiencia general."
