"Hotels nice, room was so nice and bed was very compfy but the lady who booked me in didnt know what she was doing, she asked me if i wanted a bath with shower or walk in shower, i asked for a walk in shower instead gave me the bath.
The room she out us in was 358 far from the esclators next to a fire exit 2 long corridor where the light did not come on for a few seconds in the second corridor, so walking in the dark for a couple steps which is not great for ladies walking back on there own or if they have had a drink.
For what i paid i didnt bother complain or ask to be moved as room itself is nice.

"The phone number for the hostel on Google didn't pick up. The phone number on the email confirmation was wrong. I told the reception when I arrived and she seemed so disinterested is was almost funny. The google maps entry for this hostel notes there is parking, but there isn't. The receptionist recommended parking nearby which had a 4 hour limit, I'm not sure if she's aware people stay overnight in hotels. The communal bathrooms were dirty with loo roll everywhere. The rail on the bunk bed was snapped off and had been re secured with cable ties, so it's a matter of time before someone falls off the top bunk. A piece of glass was missing from the window. "
"Room was newly refurbed, and done quite nicely. Lots of sockets around, but decided lack of storage. Just one tiny rail with 4 hangars on it, in a double room booked for 3 nights!!! No shelving, and just one drawer in the desk. I had to keep my clothes piled on top of my suitcase, jackets hanging off the back of the chair as there were no hooks either. I asked reception for extra hangars and was told I couldnt have any!!! I was disgusted - never been refused extra hangars in all my extensive travels. There's large new TV, and the bed was comfortable. However the shower is one of those awful static ones - I have long hair and dont want to get it wet every time I have a shower! No breakfast included and parking was an extra £5 per night. But it was the hangar situation that really got me - I mean, surely they could have a supply of some cheap metal hangars to loan out to people. Also no hairdryer in the room, although you can borrow one from reception. I wont be stopping here again though."
"Quick easy check in. Friendly staff. Plenty of room in the car park when we arrived mid afternoon on a Saturday. Nice room. Quite small bathroom but adequate. Good location for resort world, NEC and train station. "
