"Excellent welcome. Parking was easy but not cheap. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The aircon was a little odd and didnt seem to do anything but cold. There was no bath, and shower was not well enclosed so the whole bathroom floor gets wet. The bathroom door is a frosted glass sliding design which does not offer much privacy and has no lock. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Lots of choice and well made. "

"Good sized room in a good location. Only one elevator was working which resulted in some lengthy delays getting to and from the upper levels. More than once during my two week stay I was left with 2 hand towels and no bath towel.
Otherwise the stay was great. There's free travel on the Mannheim public transport included it you join their rewards program."
"The room was clean but there were some things I would've expected to be better. I got an upgrade to an apartment instead of a studio. In this apartment there were multiple things that were not working well. Like the dishwasher never really washed the dishes and randomly shut off and turn on again. The airco was also not working properly, even at the lowest temperature it did not really cool down the room. I've been here before in a studio and then my experience as a lot better. So I think it will probably be an issue of this specific apartment. The rest of the stay was fine. Good breakfast and lovely staff"
