"I love the staff. I stayed there for a week in a work trip. Sadly I got sick and the front desk found me a clinic I could walk in and help me navigate walking there.
So helpful and genuine...
I love my room that was actually set up like an apartment. Full kitchen.. it was refreshing not to go out for breakfast.
The area is very hip and so many restaurant and places to shop.
The ride from the airport was also convenient ... by train only 20 minutes but going back I took a taxi to minimize hassle to the airport and that was only $80 .. they called a taxi for me and he was 10 minutes early. Loved my driver.
Over all, a very nice experience

I will give this place is A plus.

"Overall the hotel was nice but I ran into a couple issues. The main one was that there was a large piece of (hopefully) in one of the elevators that myself and a handful of guests got in. On top of that, the TV in my room was broken and needed replacing, which I only discovered about midnight on my first night."
"It's a fairly new hotel and everything was clean, tidy and well maintained plus very friendly staff. The only minor complaint was that there were no real options, other than walking a few blocks, to self park ones car. The valet service was very good and fast, but it is an extra CDN$55 per day. Still recommended."
"The hotel never ceases to amaze with the warm accommodation and staff. It feels pleasant to stay here and I would stay here again in the heart of downtown Toronto."
"Staff at reception kept addressing us by our first name (?!) Any room facing the west side gets the alleyway view, along with the restaurant exhaust from chimney vents below. First room stank of cooking oil, moved to another floor - on the same side - same problem. Day 2 someone must have opened their window for fresh air - the whole floor reeked of cooking! Rooms were small and dark, coffee in room are essentially tea bags, headboard area smelled like garlic. Points for the welcome cookies, housekeeping and the lounge/bar service but otherwise, it'll be another hotel at our next visit. Not worth the steep price and lack of decorum."
"As I was on a business trip, I found the WIFI a bit spotty and not up to supporting virtual video meetings reliably so suffered some fragmenting but nothing that turning the camera off didn't resolve."
