"Chantal at Front Desk was great! She was friendly and accommodating. The Front Desk Supervisor was very nice as well. Valet service....much to be desired..it needs some work."
"the rooms were clean overall. there was a few disappointments. room 214 on the second floor, the mattress was overused. where the body lays, you slept in what felt like a hole and the metal bottom frame made lots of screeching noise when getting comfortable in bed. the air conditioner was rowdy and loud. the shower did not have a door or curtain. just a glass that covered just enough where the water stream splashed on the shower floor. no hair dryer in room. also expedia says “pet friendly,” but it is in fact not. they have a sign at the front desk that reads “no pets allowed.”"
"The staff were very helpful and polite. I just wish the fan in our room was not so loud while it was running. We had a hard time sleeping due to that. Regardless of that, the location was perfect and easy for us to get around town.
Josh, and the other staff working in the kitchen and front desk were very polite. Kudos to the team!"
