"Surely a beautiful hotel but somehow it felt soooo busy that you could never get the attention of any of the team. The only person who stood out was the Guest Service Manager James who did his utmost to accommodate any request. Location is great when going to the Canton Fairgrounds (10-15 minutes walk)."
"I had a change of room during my 6 night stay due to bug experienced by my hubby. Request to change to another room was acceded to. Unfortunately I left two pants in the original room which I stayed in. Realised only when I am back in my home country. Hotel confirmed the pants were left behind through email exchange but will not near shipping costs to send them back to me. Was unhappy because housekeeper should have found the pants in original room assigned to me. Hotel should havetaken initiative to hand them to me while I am still there."
