"Southern Sun is my hotel of choice whenever I travel to South Africa and have enjoyed my stays always. However on my last stay in Johannesburg, my room had no complimentary water for a person checking in tired at night and they were not answering their room service phone, I had to beg for water in the morning. Secondly, I think it’s high time the 90’s TVs get upgrades because it’s hard to engage with entertainment for a luxury hotel. Other than that, breakfast is stellar."
