Sweta as pur butler was amazing and ensured we had a great stay and went the extra mile for the kids. Nilesh on concierge was fanstastic as were his team.
I've stayed at other great hotels in Mumbai but this has best the best.
Breakfast was at times busy but we always went at peak time and its full occupancy.
All the staff are incredibly courteous, helpful and polite. "

"Room was huge, palatial might be more accurate ! Entry hall, a sitting room too, big bathroom and very quiet ; bed was super comfy and linen equally wonderful...best sleep. Staff were equally great, engaging and happy to assist. It's very close to the airport, right across the street ; free shuttle should be offered (we were ripped off by taxi company, $12 U.S for a - gee - five minute drive). Metro station close by too."
