"Lovely facilities. Great staff. Breakfast included was very good. Pool is great. Location made it easy to walk to most places we wanted to go, or to access transportation."
"This is the second time we stayed. We like the Fontan the staff is very nice this time Julie one of the entertainment staff was excellent, nice funny and made our days and each of the activities we participated enjoyable.
Thank you Julie.
The only complaint that we have is that there is a lot of people and few staff . You have to make line to eat to check in to check out to get or ask for something and thanks a lot of time to get it or for someone to bring it to you .
We asked for pillows and we never got them . Some towels and they didn’t have enough. Please pay attention to those little things that makes a lot of difference. "
"The food is mediocre, at best -for really good food you have to go to Zijhauteneo - but the rooms and huge balconies all looking out over the ocean are wonderful and the location is spectacular. The only downside is there are a lot of steps and uneven surfaces, so it can be challenging for people with bad knees or balance issues."
"Gerardo Moreno, the manager and Adela Ramos the receptionist are always super kind, friendly and helpful. I've been staying at Hotel Caracol and Sun and Moon for years. It's always a pleasure to come back and see familiar faces. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended! "
