"As soon as we walked into the hotel we had the pleasure of meeting Clarissa (hoping I spelled it right) she was amazing and made sure we got everything we needed for our stay, her and the other ladies at the front desk and bar were amazing!! I can’t wait to return…this is the only hotel I stay at when I’m in Charlotte…"
"I was very disappointed that we had to pay extra to park there. If I knew I would have stayed at one that included it. If you are staying in the hotel it should not be an extra charge."
"Elevators broken, check-in was late. Everyone had to use stairs. Could barely get into bathroom! Toilet was right at the door!! Some staff were stressed and just plain rude. But I did like roominess of our quarters and breakfast was good. Extremely noisy to sleep from cars racing down the road all night until 3 am!!"
"Everything was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good every day with a nice variety. People seemed to struggle figuring out the parking garage gates, and the pool wasn’t too special, but they did have one. Great location in Charlotte. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return."
