"It's ok, a bit of a walk to the center for shopping and restaurants. The hotel provided no amenities and ask you to go to 7-11 downstairs to buy,not to many staff speak english"
"This the the second time I’ve stayed at Lotte Hotel in Seoul and it will definitely not be the last. The hotel staff are very helpful, very kind and friendly. Its location is very convenient with access to public transportation and walking distance to popular areas Myeongdong and Namdaemun. I shall definitely book a stay at this hotel when I visit Seoul again."
"Excellent stay at Botanik Sewoon Hotel Myeongdong. The location is very convenient, close to Myeongdong, public transport, and key attractions. Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with great views from higher floors. Breakfast was great, and the internet service was excellent. Staff are professional and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended."

"Perfect example of Korean hospitality: check-in and check-out were super fast and efficient, the room spacious and perfectly clean, bed and pillows were great quality. This place was ideal for a short stay in Seoul, its location is within a lively district with restaurants, cafes and many shops, well connected by subway but not noisy at night. I'd definitely stay here again!"
"Pros: Generally a nice stay with clean rooms. Staff were kind and helpful. Luggage storage in the lobby was awesome because they had lockers.
Cons: Pillows were a bit hard and the drain made a lot of noise (mildly disruptive while sleeping). Lots of options for breakfast but the food was a little bit more cafeteria vibes than boutique hotel vibes."
"room we got was big and nice. The room cleaning staff did a thorough job with cleaning our room and making our beds. They always changed the bed sheets at room cleaning. The lobby staff was also nice and helpful. Location was convenient, close to subway station. We would stay here again."
"We stayed in one of their larger room for a family of four. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Can not ask for better service. The staffs all spoke english which made it easy to communicate. From our own personal experience with the hotel, we would definitely stay here again.
