"Location is very good, safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff is helpful, hotel is very clean and perfect breakfast buffet. Close to metro stations which makes easy to get everywhere needed."
"The bar closed earlier than the time listed on their schedule, and the hair conditioner I requested never came to the room. This was frustrating for a female tenant."
"Great location with great views. If you don’t mind bring a giant hotel with waits for breakfast and elevators, you will love it. Roof top bar is amazing and staff is so kind. However, for the price I expected more. Rooms are basic. Bathroom amenities are non-existent. Room decor, super basic, almost motel like. So come for those other reasons if you don’t mind the negative things I mentioned. "
"This hotel was amazing. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The facilities and rooms are spotless and comfortable. The highlight is the breakfast buffet. Amazing stuff.
Location-wise, you’re fairly close to most spots; the Retiro and Prado are a mere 10 min walk.
We will definitely be back here when in Madrid."
"We arrived and our room was not the one we booked, the door was broken and looked nothing like the pictures. They offered to move us to a better room like the one in the picture for 60 more euro. We paid and once again it was terrible, another broken door, the ac and fan didn’t work and while the room did have a view this time, the closet was broken, the door and locks were broken and the walls were paper thin. I’d steer clear from this place, there are better places for the same price."
