"Endroit idéal très bien situé près de la Grande Place , restos et boutiques .
Notre chambre était dans un coin et malheureusement l’air climatisée ne se rendait pas assez . le staff nous a accommodé d’un ventilateur .
le déjeuner était correct mais il avait plusieurs plats vides au buffet .
Pour l’emplacement je retournerais ."
"Rooms are very clean and its in an amazing location within walking distance from all key attractions as well as the Grand Place there in Brussels. If you are bringing a rental car, there is garage basically adjacent to the property"
"Stayed in a Panorama suite. Amazing views of Brussels. Plenty of space for three. Note: large sofa is not a sleeper so will need to pay for an extra rollaway. Access to the longer for snacks and light food. Beautiful restaurant and the breakfast was good."
"Front desk staff were outstanding stored our bags from our early arrival.
She also gave us suggestions of where to go in Brussels.
Housekeeping were excellent as well.
Would stay there again for sure.
Walkable in the AM before it got over 30C"
"THe location is perfect, next to MetroRogier, 5 min walk from Brussels North Station (one station from the airport), and 10 min walk to the city centre. THe hotel has a large gym with 6 treadmills and other equipment and a swimming pool on the roof top. Everything is spacious including the room. The staff is friendly, but not responding well. For example, the shower and sink are not draining to make flooding of water to the entire bathroom and the living room. I mentioned this to the reception desk several times, but not fixed. Room cleaner forgot something almost every day.-- all are minor things, but annoying."
