"Staff at the hotel are a bunch of snobs.. this is the first time ive encountered such people; in Chile of all places. They were the least friendly demonstrated zero warmth and humaness.
What a shock to our systems.. and we are visitors to Chile; yet born in Chile. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
