"I stayed at Copal Tulum Hotel for four days and overall had a great experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, with a relaxing jungle vibe that makes it easy to unwind. The cenote on the property was definitely a highlight—such a unique and wonderful feature.
The yoga sessions were a 10/10, and the on-site photographer was also excellent. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good as well—everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Transportation arrangements were smooth and well accommodated, which made getting around much easier.
The staff truly made a difference in my stay. Max was especially pleasant, kind, and very helpful, and Johnny was also incredibly supportive throughout my visit.
The only downside was that the door was sometimes difficult and inconvenient to lock and open. I also purchased an upgraded room, which did not meet my expectations, it felt a bit small base on what is shown.
Overall, despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was incredibly helpful and exceptional. Without them, Irie wouldn’t be here. The bald-headed gentleman, in particular—there are no words to describe how sweet and wonderful he is! He consistently checked in on us to ensure we were doing well. Even during the crazier moments, they made sure we felt safe.

Breakfast is simple but filling.
I'd stay here, again. It's a newer development area."
