"We stayed for a week at the DoubleTree Resort for a destination wedding, and everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were courteous, attentive, and genuinely made us feel special throughout.
Check-in was smooth and welcoming thanks to Anjali, who explained everything in detail and set the tone for a great stay. We stayed in the Arabia Suite, which was super spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. Khaled, the manager, personally shared his number and encouraged us to reach out anytime and he was always available and helpful whenever we needed anything.
Every morning, Pabrita and Nova made #breakfast such a pleasure. Pabrita took great care of us, and Nova at the egg station remembered our preferences and served everything with a smile. Waseem from valet/concierge went above and beyond to help with our car and luggage always friendly and professional.
The food at Marjan restaurant was excellent, and even though the hotel was very busy, service was quick and efficient. Having Salt Burger right across the hotel was a nice convenience for quick bites. The only small downside was the ongoing roadwork in the area, which made getting in and out to the city and Al Hamra Mall a little tricky but that’s temporary and beyond the hotel’s control.
Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we left with beautiful memories. Special praise to all the staff, especially Anjali and Waseem, who truly went the extra mile. We will definitely be coming back!"
