Excellent stay in a beautiful private villa, location is a bit more secluded but still within an easy taxi ride from town and Khao Tao beach, and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from the roof terrace. Excellent facilities in the villa, perfect for peace and quiet. Look torward to returning soon with the family.

An excellent place to stay, poolside room was amazing as was the breakfast with options changing daily. Nicely appointed room with modern charging facilities, good eateries close by especially a local Thai restaurant 200 meters away, great food and cheap.
Property is well maintained and exceptionally clean. Staff was super helpful and friendly. For dining on the property, it only has one place breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was exceptional for all three. One thing I would keep in mind is that this property is a bit far from the city center and all the other restaurants, so you are bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the small city of Hua Hin. It's about a 20-30 min to the malls and shops. But besides that, it was a great hotel....
The beach is a 15 to 20 minute walk but who needs the beach when this hotel has such a nice pool? Great location and clean. If you are interested in going somewhere ask the staff they are very helpful.

Was very well organized and well worth the money for the pool villa I stayed in. Everything was exceptional. This has been the first 5 star hotel that I believe is truly 5 star indeed. The hotel is a wonderfully run property. The breakfast and pool are exactly what you would hope. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is close to the fantastic weekend markets. The only tiny drawback is the walking distance to the Main Street. I hope to return in the future.

Loved our stay at Cae Villa! The room was spacious and clean, the private pool was amazing. Staff was incredibly friendly and the service was phenomenal! Bonus points for having bicycles for free use.
This is a small boutique hotel with only 5 rooms. The rooms are very spacious with a huge shower and a large bath tub.
The hotel is very secure with night security guard and electronic entry.
The breakfast is really excellent with a small buffet and then items cooked to order.
