"I ordered a room with one double bed and the hotel confirmed it prior to the arrival.
When I arrived at the hotel late at night I figured out that they put two twin beds and connected them together.
Part of the staff is very rude and not friendly at all.
There was an issue with the AC that the hotel just could not solve for long time.
One morning the cleaning staff decided by themselves to clean our room though we did not ask for it. We had to wait too long to come back inside the room after the breakfast.
Too many problems without quick and effective response."
"My stay at the Villa Rosa Nairobi was spectacular. The room is super clean. The food is amazing. The staff is very, very professional, friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend to everyone. I will be also coming back to stay there.

"I have stayed here a few times before.
Unfortunately breakfast did not meet expectations this morning - there was a wait for my omelette (not too worried about that) but when it arrived it contained eggshell, not pleasant.
Up at the pool this morning there is a chimney and I was covered in small pieces of ash coming from the chimney
The staff are great and cannot do enough for you except for the check-in staff who are most unhelpful"
