"The staff at the front desk was not friendly or helpful really, however in contrast the pool staff was amazing! The hotel was great in itself, very new and modern, along with a great breakfast buffet. "
"Don’t stay here until they do major Reno’s. All the halls and rooms smell so bad of mold/dampness. They have fans going because they know it’s a problem but still sell the rooms. Staff is nice enough, rooms are clean enough, but nothing about this place is luxury/overcomes the smell. Our clothes still smell from the smell of this place. Breakfast was meh, nowhere near as good as you’d expect when you pay for a place like this, and the pool bar had nothing stocked that was on the menu. Skip and go elsewhere "
