"The gym was small with a few pieces of equipment. You would be struggling to fit 3 people in there.
The pool was amazing for both kids and adults. The two waterslides were a bit of fun! The pool was a good temperature.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the pool toys in the storage container on the balcony.
Level 2 rooms don’t have a beach view but higher levels might as the beach is right across the road, as is the Alex Surf Club."
"Would stay again. Decent accommodation, nice warm pools and spas, and very nice reception staff. Good location for the river and cafes and restaurants and take away.
Villa we were in had pretty loud road noise at all hours, aircon for one of the rooms had the compressor mounted on the wall (2nd storey) and was very loud and we needed to turn it off at night.
The shower was nice but didn't drain great.
Resort is dated but well maintained. It's on the shortlist for future stays if the price is right."
"Good parking. Mouldy bathroom was disgusting - I didn’t want to stand on the tiles in the shower. no remote for the TV, air conditioner kept turning on and off all night. Very poor cleaning and made me feel uncomfortable staying in that standard. Very limited sleep with disruptive guests."
"Not a 5 star. Breakfast was basic. Needs another restaurant for amount of guests.
We made a reservation for the restaurant and when we arrived they had no table for us. Ran out of pool towels twice in the few days we were there. "
"We only had a night in a cabin passing by. Very close to the beach and food places. We will be back. Staff were organised and check in and out was easy,txt after booking to make sure you knew what's is what was great. We were back on the motorway easy as also, so good for long travellers too."
