"This hotel has very good location just 4 min walk to haram. I would say it is very clean and room has enough space for big family as we stayed in family suite. I feel like another home. Breakfast isn’t to bad. Room service is excellent, friendly staff, cleaning person called Farhan is the excellent, the hotel has 5 shops where you can buy things also 2 clean barbershops so you can do haircuts after umrah.

"An excellent five star hotel which is luxurious. It has the easiest and quickest lifts to make your way to the kabah, 1 lift from reception and you are outside.
Breakfast and dinner is amazing with lots of options in the buffet. The hotel has an amazing kabah view - I would highly recommend staying at the hotel. "
