"Makkah Hotel in Makkah, Saudi Arabia is a wonderful place to stay. Very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. My stay was truly memorable.
Overall, it was a great experience.

"They cancelled my room the day before my arrival and tired to put me in a different hotel further to where I wanted to stay when I refused they refused to refund me my money
Shock. For the price I paid you would never think it’s a 1* hotel. The check in was such a complex experience, as it was a third party dealing with it so you had to WhatsApp a number for them to come give you the keys. Very weird. Rooms are so dirty, sheets were dirty, no toilet paper, no towels. Bugs in the bathroom. They should not be allowed to put pictures like this to advertise a place that does not look anything like the pictures.

"Clean rooms and amazing staff. Its incredibly close to Haram (kaaba) no matter the Rush, you can easily reach on foot from and to kaaba, for non ahram people gate 91 is closest. "
"My stay at Swissôtel Makkah was excellent overall. The check-in experience was smooth and impressive, and I am truly grateful to the hotel management for upgrading me to a beautiful room with a Haram view, this made my stay extremely memorable.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge dining space, a dedicated kids’ area, and an exceptional variety of high-quality food. There were plenty of options including beverages, fruits, salads, desserts, bakery items, and more. The atmosphere, service, and organization were all excellent.
I did order in-room dining on two nights, and although the food quality was good, both orders arrived with mistakes. The first night, the pasta was delivered with black pepper despite my clear request that it was for my kids and shouldn't be spicy. The second night, I received chicken biryani instead of mutton biryani. The staff tried their best to compensate, sending coffee with a fruit platter the first night and lovely desserts the second night, which I appreciated, but unfortunately it did consume a lot of my time.
Overall, the clean room, incredible view, excellent breakfast, and very polite staff made the stay highly enjoyable. I look forward to staying again, in shā’Allāh."
"This hotel is very Conveniently located near haram. And transportations are right at the door step. So instead of paying very high price for those 5 star clock towers I will recommend this hotel if your sole purpose is to perform Religious duties and come back to the hotel for a good night's sleep and wake up again early to go Do harm for Tahajjud.
