We stayed here 3 times during this trip to Italy and have reviewed it previously as well. Let me start with a shout out to Ash, a great bartender. All of the front desk staff are outstanding and it's difficult to single anyone out. They're ALL great. During breakfast, we wound up feeling like Felicia was family.
