Boutique Hotels in Austria

Great

Perfect location and the hotel itself is unbelievably beautiful. they upgraded me as I'm a gold Expedia member!!

The staff is amazing (Oana, Nikola, Iva, Laura- thank you!), the rooms are clean and well designed serving both form and function. The hotel size makes it feel very intimate. The lobby and bar area small so for those looking for a buzzy 'scene" this is not for you. It's for people looking for an elegant, special place place that is beautifully appointed, and takes care of guests with grace, ease and pleasure.

Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! We reserved the spa for 10:00 in the evening -- perfect end to a day full of walking. It was about a 10 minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. The staff was very, very accommodating. The breakfast was very impressive and very good. Absolutely would recommend this hotel. The room...

Great hotel, location, staff, breakfast and the room. Huge room. Very clean. Modern. Best breakfast buffet I had in a long time...

The Hotel staff thrives in offering excellent service.

Amazing staff. Luxurious hotel. Free parking. Spacious room with a nice view of lake Fuschl (Grand Deluxe Room) if you can afford an upgrade definitely go with it. Spa facilities are a must try, they have an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam room, as well as massage therapy. Dining is expensive as expected in such places. In short it was a great experience to stay in this castle if you have the opportunity to spend a couple of days here don't miss it.

Old apartment building concerted to a boutique hotel. It was done very well with stylish comfortable rooms and nice amenities. If you are looking for a conventional hotel this is not it. If you want a room that is comfortable and stylish with fine amenities coupled with great service, I would highly recommend the Altstadt.

This is an astounding combination of upscale hotel with a full-service, multifaceted series of spa facilities. The hotel is efficiently run, very well-appointed in an understated way with spacious rooms and all amenities. Most, if not all, rooms have balconies. The bathrooms are unusually large for a European hotel. The main restaurant serves outstanding meals and truly abundant, esthetically prepared, and highly varied breakfast and dinner buffets that exceed any that I have seen in my...

I have the highest praise for the service in this hotel. It was exceptional. They put so much thought into the smallest details: from the chalkboard message next to our room welcoming our family to their hotel to the petit fours and sparkling wine on our bed to help unwind after the long flight. The beds were comfortable and the room was squeaky clean. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal. We were there for 4 nights, and there was a different printed menu each day. On our last day, we learned...

Greeted warmly by friendly staff and offered a welcome drink, which my friend and I enjoyed in the lovely garden. We had a garden room, set up with two fairly comfortable beds. The kitchenette had almost everything we needed (no microwave oven, though). The main building had a small gym and several indoor lounge areas, plus a third floor terrace, so lots of space to get out of your room. There is a delicious low-cost Indian restaurant only 100 meters away, and a stroll into the old city takes...

Great place river view amazing!

A great place to stay

Our room was amazing and very clean. The bed was super comfy. The staff made us feel comfortable and helped us with planning our trip to the Kitzbüheler Horn. The hotel offers a free trip to the top of the mountain and I can’t say enough about our experience to the top. Breakfast was great except the coffee. Our coffee was either bitter or lukewarm. The spa was the best part- so many different saunas to choose from and so clean. Our favorite was the herbal sauna which is very different than we...

Beautiful property. Awesome location. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff great too. We had a problem with our first room. They tried to fix the tv and couldn’t, so they moved us to an upgraded room. However, when we got to that room- immediately we can hear the toilet running. So we say thanks but no. Emma, at reception, was fantastic. She was really busy with other customers- but she managed to get us another room. Guess what- no internet… it’s an old building with lots of stucco. I am tired and...

Every thing perfect

Best hotel of out entire trip #1

The room was lovely and the pool/spa area was also really nice.
