"Saigon Dong Ha Hotel was a good stay in Dong Ha while I was traveling through for business for a couple of days. The staff was not fluent but did speak enough English to answer questions at check-in and assist with calling taxis, and were all friendly. The rooms are dated but clean and the bed and pillows were more comfortable than I was expecting at this price point. The hotel is a bit remote, but I did find it decently walkable to the nearby park and some nearby dining options."
