"After a bad start being given a room that was very poor condition and small outdated and in need of a refurbishment, then given a slightly larger room only to discover the bathroom was in poor state, only one person can fit in at a time, hot water comes out of both taps and on closer inspection, carpets and sofa need cleaning, no internet service, these rooms are in the Old Swan, eventually got internet in pub was able to view my booking these rooms are not worth the £240 and were very different...
