My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Residence Agnes. From the moment we walked in, they were so welcoming and helpful by greeting us with water, coffee, and wine. Alena walked us through a map of Prague and offered suggestions on what to do, Frank drove us to and from the bus station when we took a day trip out of town, and Stefan and Victoria were huge helps throughout the day. It’s a nice place to stay

The Augustine is the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. It was exceptionally quiet, clean and luxurious. I'm glad we splurged on this one! We didn't eat at the restaurant, choosing instead to walk a few blocks to the local cafes and shops, so I don't know about the quality of the food. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay! The rooms are clean, it’s quiet, there’s A/C, and beds are comfortable. The location is also great, an easy 10-15 minute walk away from main attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always offering a free drink in the lobby. If traveling to Prague, I would 100% recommend staying here for a relaxing stay!

What a wonderful hotel! We would definitely stay here again, and we've already recommended the hotel to others. Beyond the welcoming and informed staff, the comfortable room, and the delicious food, we truly enjoyed the impressive art. Loved the music theme and had a great time trying to guess the various artists.

This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve had in the last few years, having stayed in hotels an average of 100 days per year. The location in Prague is ideal for sight seeing and the staff, services and amenities were superb. Before staying here, I visited the restaurant due to its fantastic food and views before giving the hotel itself a try. I can’t wait to come back.

I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill that looks down on the picturesque view of old town Prague. From the hotel, most attractions are within 20-30 min walking distance. Food is excellent in the hotel and worth the price, although you have many choices...

Wonderful property and staff.

This hotel is a gem. It is a first class hotel and treat you like family. Everyone is friendly, helpful, engaging and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very roomy, the bathrooms are bigger than most hotels and the amenities in the bathroom are first rate. The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.

Had an "attic loft deluxe double room" which was very spacious, ample and well designed cabinets and all expected amenities. Excellent breakfast buffet with great service. Reception staff was very welcoming and provided good recommendations for yours and dinner.

This is the kind of hotel that does something else. That makes you feel like home. They gave a gift to my little kid. They left wine and dessert as welcome. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. I would definitevly recommend it and would go back again for sure.
