Usually the place is really clean, organized and staff respond to the phone. However, this time there was no staff response to the phone calls, additionally, the hot tub was out of service and there was no heads up about this. Additionally, the area around the pool was not well kept, or the areas in the hotel in general. Also, breakfast was not done well at all, the oatmeal was watery, eggs ran out early and when the new batch came it was time to close.
