全新装修过的酒店，地段好，不足是房间太小，浴室太小，床也不大，游泳池很好，服务也好，是一家性价比很高的酒店，非常不满的是我在hotels订了6晚房间，每晚3个房间，居然只有来福士那天3间算了入住10晚赠一晚的活动，太不诚信了！

Hotel location is good. It between 2 MRT station. Opposite the hotel has a 7/11 and a 24hrs Food court. The only thing that I'm not satisfied with the hotel is the TV in the room is too small. And the hotel doen not provide free internet / wifi. The hotel internet charges is too expensive.

全酒店大装修直至2011年11月 期间酒店大堂等等完全面目全非 即使SWIMMING POOL都需要借用邻近的YMCA 唯地点方便, 离最近MRT站约5分钟步程, 去国家博物馆更只有一街之隔.

Personally I found the hotel and its staff very good. The beds were a little hard. The only complaint was the noise from the construction of a new subway station going on outside. Although we were on the fifth floor, you could still here it up to 11pm on some nights. There was free wi fi access, but if you didn't have a device I could not see a computer […] to use. Great location with many bus routes and the MRT nearby. Short bus ride of 15mins to get to the CBD. The hotel was very comfortable, and provided WIFI free of charge. Would stay there again!!

The neighbouring road has construction work underway where heavy noise start from early in the morning around 8 am until late evening such as 10 pm. Beware when reception hands over key to you, make sure that your room is not facing the road where construction is underway. We were offered upgrade against payment which we declined, but hotel receptionist […] upgraded us without cost not knowing that this upgraded room is adjacent to road where heavy noise lasted all day long. After one sleepness night we had to move our room. The porter who moved our luggage to another roomwas appraently not happy as he lacked completely service mentality. There was construction outside our room window. This construction work was an ongoing long-term project, which should have been informed to us way in advance and not once mentioned in their website or the hotel information. This is a poor reflection on the hotel, and nothing was done by the hotel to make the stay a pleasant one. There is an air-conditioned […] gym but the treadmills were malfunctioned. My husband and I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It is in a very central location. Construction work on either side made it noiser that usual but didn't distrurb us greatly.

the front desk receptuionist attitude is bad. They called around 1230pm and question why we have not checked out when the night when I check in, I requsted for late checkout to 1pm. Great location and nice room. Walking distance to Orchard Rd. There is currently lots of construction in the area as well as renovating in the hotel but I wasnt effected much by it. Only downside was the front desk seemed inexperienced. I was charged for local calls even though the website clearly stated that local calls were free.

When you are away from home in a hotel you want to have a clean room with good equipment and facilities, a comfortable bed and for things to work. Our room here met all of those requirement. The other facilities in the hotel #pool, gym, restaurants we didn't use,we were out Singapore. However the hotel is essentially 3 sided and one side faces onto […] Bencoolen Road. This road is currently closed to traffic due to the construction of Bencoolen station, due to open in 2017. Inevitably there will be daytime noise from the works if your room faces Bencoolen Road. Each side of the hotel has room facing inwards and our wards, so only if you are in the outward part of the Bencoolen Road side would the be any potential problem - a one in 6 chance! Underground station in Singapore are really massive caverns in the ground, often housing shopping malls, and are far from the cramped style of the london underground. Transport links are good, although the extensive on way systems in Singapore mean that if a bus stops outside your hotel, The return bus might be a couple of blocks away. Walking around would be easy but for the heat and humidity, so planning journeys using the underground (MRT) and buses - all air conditioned - is a must. Tourist passes fir the MRT and buses cost 10, 16 and 20 S$ for 1, 2 or 3 day passes plus a S$10 refundable deposit. Get yours as soon as you can from a small number of selected stations - the sooner you do the sooner you can wizz around in comfort. 阅读更多信息

I have stayed at the Singapore Rendezvous several times now and it's a good stay. Excellent location and staff. The only issue I have is the parking arrangement for visitors of guests. This is the only hotel in Singapore and I have stayed in many, where a parking fee is charged. The hotel is in a good central location but the hotel is too expensive for the type of room. My room smelled like durian fruit. I paid for a king size bed but it was actually two very stiff twin beds shoved together so that you cannot sleep near the center of the bed without sleeping on the gap between the two twin beds.

We stayed over CNY and some facilities were affected. eg the Club Facilities were closed (with some alternatives available) and some of the staff were obviously not as well trained eg in the food hall. However good hotel, good location and would stay again
