I would love to rate this agaon but my honest comment were obviously too negative. They did not contain any of the reasons you stated as a resson to reject. They honestly explained our experience

Fantastic view, great condo, definitely recommend. Only negative is the check-in process. The on documents don't tell you where to check-in which is at a different location; ended up going to three building before finding the correct location. Then went back to the room and it wouldn't open, because I was assigned a different building then my reservation […] document indicated. Excellent location, confort wise - needs work, sofas are in need of being replaced as they all had boards under the cushions due to lack of support so it was like sitting on a rock, the furniture is dirty and needs replaced. Smoke alarm battery was going dead so beeped all night long. Advertised DVDs available in room for viewing...well there were covers/cases […] but all the DVDs were gone. We arrived late. I did not realize we were to check into ReSort Quest, not the Hotel. After calling the number, we were instructed to go the the ResortQuest office across the street, use a code, get packet that had the code to the room. Back to room. It is now really late. We had driven a long way and had Thanksgiving with family in Milton, FL. The […] note attached to the room code said there were unpaid items to be taken care of, although the computer generated confirmation sheet said paid in full. The next day, we decided to check on another place for another time, went to Resort Quest, only to find that we had to pay an $83 cleaning fee and that they were going to change to access code to our room if we had not stopped by and paid. We loved our 3-brm condo! it was clean. Except that the first bedroom with the twin beds had one bed w/a broken headboard, security chain on the door was broken, one couch seat was sunken in, & dvd player didn't work. The main disappointment that aggrevated me when we checked in at 2am was the phone operator was the first person to mention to me the […] "cleaning fee". The instrctions on where and how to check in were not clear. I arrived at the address given by Hotels.com to find out that that was not the location to check in. Furthere After I checked in, I also found out that the location of my room was not the same as the address given by hotel.com. The resort was very clean and family friendly. The beach was beautiful and my family enjoyed walking on the pier. We were located on the end of the strip, near fishing, resturants, and water sport rentals. My only advise is to double check the description of the rooms prior to leaving. Our 3- bedroom condo was suppose to have a room with 2 Dbl beds. […] It had 2 twin beds instead! Also, it was suppose to have a sleeper sofa, which it didn't. We loved hotel, 3 pools, beach, balcony, view of the ocean, but rental unit not so much! I am 6'4" and living room had only a small slipper chair which belonged in ladie's bedroom and too small for me to sit in. Only other seating was uncomfortable futon which was not a sofa and also not conducive to my size. Dining room chairs are not living room furniture. […] The TV in bedroom was so small you could barely see it. Dryer was broke and after spending an hour waiting for clothes to dry on last nite, had to call hotel service who luckily provided us use of another empty unit's dryer 2 floors up. Upon entering this unit, wished we would have requested to stay here. It was furnished properly with a sofa which made into bed, 2 normal sized comfortable chairs. Decorating felt very resort like. Other than our rental unit, loved hotel and would go back again. Our advice...hotel should have basic rules which would insure all rental units meet same requirements. Also, upon expressing my dissatisfaction nothing offered to make up for our inconveniences. When customer pays as much as ocean views cost in addition to a separate cleaning fee for 3 nights on the ocean, customer should walk away with nothing but satisfied comments. We rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Fortunately we had 4 adults and 2 children as one of the bedrooms was very small and only had bunk beds. There was a pull out sofa, but easier if you don't have to pull that out each night. The condo was very clean and recently renovated. There was a large balcony that faced the gulf and the pool, very nice. The […] balcony was accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room. The kitchen was very adequately stocked with supplies. One recommendation, if you don't know ahead of time, you need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. They provide enough to get you through the first day, however. We only had one issue while there, the wind picked up the table on the balcony and flipped it over, breaking the glass. Someone came out right away to clean it up for us. You are covered for $1500 in damage without penalty, just call and report it. That took a lot of pressure off. If the flags on the beach weren't red all week (no swimming due to rip currents), we would have had an excellent time, but we made due and the condo was great! The pool was really nice and clean and had a hot tub. There were always plenty of chairs for all. Oh, one more added bonus, they give you a card to a Redbox type of device where you can rent unlimited DVDs for the week. That helped get through bad weather! 阅读更多信息

The resort is very nice, but be careful when making reservations. There was a hidden up front "cleaning" charge of $150 for my 3 night stay. This charge had not been identified in offer/confirmation.

This was amazing. the only complaint we had... and it is a big one... the bed was extremly uncomfortable to sleep on. we were there a week so this was a major issue. The ONLY issue we had!! all else was wonderful!! we will return!!

Check-in was away from the hotel and the address of the check-in was not furnished to us. We went to six locations before we got to our room. The check - in location was not staffed on a weekend They also charged us an $81.00 fee when we had a paid in full receipt. Hotels.com did reimburse us for the extra fee.

This condo is in an awesome location, the price is awesome, the pools and hot tub are great, the beach is amazing, and the area is perfect. Teh only thing you need to be careful about is that Hotels.com does not tell you that if you are arriving after 5 pm local time, you need to call Resortquest the day before and let them know so that they can put […] all of your stuff in a box at the desk. That turned out to be a real pain on arrival day at 5:45 pm. Also, there is a cleaning fee added to the stay upon arrival, for us it was 89 USD for 4 nights. Other than that, it was perfect. 阅读更多信息

we where very pleased with the Condo. It was roomy another for all four adults and two small grandchildren. The pool was great as well as the beach. Love our view from our 12th floor balcony.. The beach and hotel were amazing, the only thing we were upset about was we were told the room would sleep 6 adults. We were told that the room would have a roll out sofa or bunk beds or another full size bed besides the bedroom. This was not the case, the sofa did not roll out, we did not have bunk beds or another full size bed. The room had a sofa […] but did not roll out into a bed and it had a small futon. Just a the sign reads a you enter the bay, this place is truly "Florida's best kept secret". And so is the cleaning fee they conveniently hit you with when you show up to check in.
