Tired looking room but great staff

The interior of the room on the club floor looks quite tired and worn out, especially the mold in the bathroom wasn't tolerable. Shower area had insufficient lighting. The desk had scratch marks all over. The team that consist of Kristy Khor, Justin, Joel Tan , Hilary and concierge staff Azizi were fantastic. They put in effort to ensure my stay was comfortable. My appreciation once again.

Close to a local shopping centres and train station. Staff was not quite as friendly as would like. Facility was quite good but there is only 1 water machine at the lobby for guests to refill water - guests are advise to drink from tap.

Weekend Getaway

Hotel pictures was as per advertise when we check-in. All clean and good. Halley assisted us with the check-in and is very friendly, helpful and courteous. The only downside that i would recommend for the hotel to include is a bidet for the toilet as its a distance from the shower. The club lounge details could be better detailed in the welcome note. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and experience at the club room and the club lounge.
