"Hotel is in a great location it’s as center as you can get in Shanghai close to one of the most popular shopping streets that leads you right down to the bund. Great views from the higher floors of the Shanghai skyline and nice size rooms would recommend especially for any western travelers to Shanghai, much appreciated, cheers!"
"Would be the worst 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff disinterested from arrival to departure. Rooms are small, old and desperately in need of renovation as well as are the public areas and F&B outlets. International hotel companies will have endless standards and policies & procedures as well as detailed audits by their HQ and mystery guest audits etc - hard to believe not deflagged from the network. Then surprised to see the actual hotel GM is also the MO Area VP Ops for China."
