"Staff were great, room was clean, breakfast was very good. The only minor issue was the use of in-house WiFi which was very unreliable. Excellent location and I would stay again the next time I’m Shanghai."
"My stay at Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong Airport by IHG was excellent. Everything was good from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel is very convenient for travelers, as it is only about a 5-minute walking distance to Pudong Airport. Overall, it was a very pleasant and hassle-free stay."

It's right in the middle of the main street. Walkable to the bund too.
The highlight for me was breakfast, so many options and I don't eat meat, so plenty more if you do. Also had soya milk so useful if you're vegan.
Bed was comfortable, room has a kettle to make tea/coffee whenever you like which I always appreciate. You have to request things like toothbrushes or razors though.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again."
"Hotel is very nice and feels luxurious. Housekeeping staff were friendly, most others were ok as well. Stella Jin was very courteous and helpful with processing our tax refund at the hotel. It was a free service so look for her when staying here. It's not listed but there is hot tub, steam and sauna in the men's changing room on the pool level! Free for hotel guests."
"This is a pretty average hotel, at best a 3 star. We stayed here for 5 nights. Breakfast is very repetitive. The rooms are dated and in need of some modernisation, our bathroom had a leak. And finally the reception and restaurant staff would benefit from some good quality hospitality training - just a smile and hello would go a long way. Would hesitate to recommend."
"Jack in the travel desk was very very helpful. Breakfast had a great spread that's the best part of our stay. They gave a room earlier than check in time but it was smaller and they wouldn't give an extra bed they promised unless we followed up twicw.
They don't clean rooms well, don't replace used cups or check if there is any toilet paper in the room. Front desk staff is ok ok"
