"In October I book a room for May. The room was to have 2 full size beds. When I checked in they were booked solid with no chance of me switching rooms. My room had 1 full bed. I had a family member with me. The bathroom was the size of a cruise ship bathroom. The room was sparsely furnished and had no a/c. I was very disappointed with my room. "
"The room was very small but clean. Air conditioning was not available so the room was warm and stuffy. The location was quick access from the airport by train or Uber and only a 15 minute Uber or train ride from the scenic canal area. Over all I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are on a long flight layover. It was like a bonus vacation during our flight. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast bar looked and tasted delicious!"
"The Square is in an excellent location. Many of the attractions in Copenhagen, shopping, parks, museums, etc are easily accessible a few steps out the door. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever enjoyed. Several choices of fresh bread, croissants, pastries, eggs, cheese, sausages, yogurt, fruit, etc. absolutely fabulous. The gym is top notch too. Jacqueline, Lydia, Elvira, were each pheasant and helpful with each of our requests. Room/bathroom were very clean, bathrobes were provided and the heated floor in the bathroom was great. We had a great stay!"

We left at 5:15am and we're surprised to be told that the early morning breakfast wasn't available. (Staff were setting up for the more complete meal). However, one staff member made it possible to put together a small sandwich to go."
