"Das Frühstück hat uns eher enttäuscht. Sehr einfache Aufschnittplatten, zum Müsli keinerlei Nüsse, keine Hafermilch auf dem Buffet als Alternative. Die Atmosphäre kam uns vor wie in einer Kantine: laut und unwirtlich.

"The room was clean and convenient. Only one stop on the S-bahn from the airport and easy access on the same line into the heart of Frankfurt. I had an overnight layover and was able to go explore the Römerberg and have dinner before heading back to a comfortable bed. In the morning I had the buffet breakfast that was absolutely worth the money with lots of food and drink choices. I was able to easily catch a train back to the airport and navigate the airport. A lovely stopover.
My exclusion of the star is because my room on the first floor directly overlooked both the S-Bahn and some construction: I don't know which it was, but there were enough loud noises throughout the night that it did interfere with my sleep."
"Clean room, bed and pillows on the softer side, friendly staff, and a beautiful small pool and saunas on the rooftop. The gym is in the basement and is very basic, with one whole-body resistance training machine, one elliptical, one treadmill, one stationary bike, and one pair of dumbbells (not kidding).
The hotel entrance itself is tucked away in a quieter courtyard, but the surrounding street area nearby is very busy, with people loitering around, somewhat dirty, and has a few sketchy spots and businesses. However, it’s a very convenient location, within walking distance of the U-Bahn, Munich’s main pedestrian shopping area around Stachus (10-minute walk) and Marienplatz (20-minute walk), as well as great restaurants and cafés."
"I stayed here while having cancer treatment at a nearby hospital. The room was probably one of the best I've ever stayed in! It was a corner bedroom with great city views! Plenty of space for a wheelchair to move around, shower stool, I could have cried with happiness when I realised we had adjustable beds! They were fantastic, just what I needed. I asked where I could buy milk at the reception desk while checking in. The lovely member of staff disappeared for 30 seconds and reappeared with a litre carton for me. Honestly, it was a great hotel, the only downside was no support bars at the toilet in the room, meant I needed help to get on/off. But still 10/10 for value, cleanliness, amenities etc. This is simply a great hotel. I have already booked for next month!"
"Conveniently located across from train station. Very nice front desk staff. Clean room. Great restaurant as it was raining so we stayed in. Felt very safe. All around I would definitely stay there again."

"Alles sehr schön, wie immer. Top Hotel mit guten facilities wie Gym und Sauna und obendrein erschwinglich und zentral im ehemaligen West-Berlin gelegen. Werde wiederkommen."
