Hotel Riu Palace Jamaica - Adults Only - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Here’s a polished review you can post:
We recently stayed at the Riu Palace Jamaica in Montego Bay. Overall, our stay was nice, and the staff was generally friendly and accommodating.
One thing that was disappointing was that when we booked, it was advertised that we would have access to the two neighboring Riu properties. However, upon arrival, we learned that there were limitations on what areas and amenities we could actually use. This was not clearly communicated beforehand and was a bit frustrating.
To be honest, after seeing the neighboring Riu Montego Bay property, we wish we had booked there instead. While we were not able to see every room, the property itself appeared more updated, cleaner, and closer to the overall atmosphere and aesthetic we were looking for.
The food was another area where we felt improvements could be made. If you eat at the main dining hall, expect to see many of the same options day after day. There wasn’t a lot of variety, which became repetitive during our stay.
That said, we still enjoyed ourselves and made the best of our trip. The beautiful location, relaxing atmosphere, and friendly staff helped make our vacation enjoyable despite some of the drawbacks."
S Hotel Montego Bay - Luxury Boutique All Inclusive Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Loved our stay at S Hotel! The room was basically perfect and staff was very helpful. We had one issue that occurred and they acted promptly to address it. Also, Montego Bay will always be special to me now because it’s where I got engaged. Though the proposal was not at the resort due to another booking, the staff at S Hotel helped my fiance extensively with finding an alternate location and the planning. Hopeful that we’ll be back!!!"
Hotel Riu Montego Bay - Adults Only - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"The resort and room were very clean. Entertainment and music was great but catered for the younger urban crowd. The pool party and foam party is definitely a great time as well."
"This hotel met my expectations, great overall nothing negative to say about Iberostar. Their staff is amazing friendly. The food is excellent. They had all the varieties I wanted. I’ll definitely coming back to Iberostar hotel."
Azul Beach Resort Negril, Gourmet All Inclusive by Karisma
6/10 Okay
"The resort is nice and the beach is unbelievable! The staff were amazing except one lifeguard who was so annoying with his side hustles we actually paid him to go away. Food was good but not a whole lot of variety for breakfast. Room was large, clean and in good condition. The biggest criticism we have is the resort lacks a Jamaican vibe. It felt more like a resort in Cancun or a hotel in Miami."
