"Clean room, excellent location, excellent view from room on high floor. Having a coin laundry within the hotel is a plus point, however, the machines are the household kind and clothes take a long time to dry, and hence the wait to do laundry is long, given the large number of rooms the hotel has."
"It’s a clean hotel 10 min walk from Shinjuku station. But rooms are quite cramped. The hallway is not wide enough to open a large (30 in) suitcase. It’s ok for a short business trip and just a small (26 in) suitcase, but probably too small if you are staying longer and do lots of shopping (I.e it won’t work if you are a couple traveling with two large suitcases per person)"
"The hotel is a great location. Bus from airport stops only 1 block from hotel. Beware the shower area includes a Japanese style. Have to work out the shower in the bathtub.

"Being right across the street from Shinagawa Station is the best part about this hotel’s location. Hotel staff were professional but were not the kind to give you the warm fuzzies. Hotel and rooms themselves were somewhat outdated, but clean. Would stay here again in a pinch, but not necessarily first choice."
"The shuttle to Disney helped out a lot, they had good amenities. We had a week long stay and cleaned once, which I preferred. They came in daily to empty the trash out and give us new bath towels and pjs. We didn’t use the pjs or foot massage so I can’t speak on those. Over all enjoyed the stay. "
