"I truly enjoyed my stayed. The interior designs are beautiful, the staff are so nice & welcoming. The only issue that might need improvement is at least they should provide a hair dryer in the washroom. Other than that all are great especially the buffet breakfasts. Lots of option to choose from & they'll cooked eggs according to your likings."
"Unfortunately, this is a very dated hotel which requires deep cleaning and major upgrade and overhaul in every aspect. I can’t understand how Novotel chain allows the hotel to carry its name. "
"The staff were friendly and always ready to serve. The location was good, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to market, however I found the drop off and pickup location not to be ideal. The hotel also offers a free pickup from the airport but doesn’t provide a free drop off to the airport, thought this is odd!
